You have to say "I am from Australia, I am sorry I dont speak German" etc. Otherwise they think you are a Pom or American. I even found 80 yo grannies who spoke excellent English, and they all learn English at school so it just naughtiness when they pretend not to understand you!!!
Poland will be wonderful, Marshall and Clancye had a ball on their trips - ask Marshall for some language tips.
Sounds like you are having a wonderful adventure - envious!!!
Love,
Jasmiine
PS 35* here today and going to get HOTTER. Ouch.

Who got # 2656 in the middle of you both?
Well done for the run - your times were really great! You both looked pretty relaxed for all that excercise too (last pic).

You could take that Linux Tshirt in down the sides to make it fit better. When I sang in Fed Sq last Nov I got a size ENORMOUS T and took 16" in along the sides and sleeves, making the sleeve seam half way down to my elbows. I accidentally left my black trousers on the ironing board at home, bought emergency pair of black tights in Melbourne and wore it as a short frock rather than long top. Feels good - and amuch beter fit than a baggy T.
Or send yours over with the sides pinned and I will take it in for you...
Love,
XXXXX

it's 2009 folks. While I don't know Mihai personally, I know a majority of the Evangelists. I assure you it was the application he was interested in showing. I am shocked a room full of geeks would be offended so easily. Distracted to the point they couldn't concentrate on the rest of the presentation? Really? Scantily clad isn't naked btw.

Mihai, I guess the UK doesn't understand what century they are in, and that watching a soap opera probably you would probably see more skin than the app. It also shows some people will be offended no matter what, and those people probably also believe whatever the media tells them. :P

Hmm, might have passed back in the '70s and '80s, but today, that kind of demo material is best left behind. Wish I had been there, though, to see the demo.

We're just back from a week in feurteventura, just over from Gran Canaria.
Don't bother with the running gear unless you love heatstroke :D
Hell, don't even bother with socks.
But *do* bother with linen shirts, shorts, sandals, sunscreen, neurofen, sunglasses and a decent panama hat.
And enjoy, it's lovely out there at the moment.

I got started on more of my list also :)
YAY for the list, I really do love it.

re: The day off.
Try it Jaime. Write down everything you are craving for a week. NO nibblies at art and craft classes (unless that's the day you chose), and then eat whatever you are craving on your day off. You might find you don't have as much as expected!

I think the movie could have been longer - I just didn't want it to end! Perhaps some more backstory about Nero and the Romulans. Maybe they'll do an extended DVD version or something like that. I am going back again to take my Mum to see it. Was highly worth seeing on the massive Imax screen. JJ is a legend. I hope he does another one. Good to see the communicators were in use. My tribble gets a showing every now and then. I wouldn't mind another Warp Core Breach from the Neutral Zone in Vegas - that packed a punch!!!
